Who can apply as a vendor?

Any legally registered exporter or manufacturer from our supported countries (China, India, Turkey, Vietnam, South Korea, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and others) may apply. You must have valid business registration and export capacity for wholesale orders.

What documents are required to register?

You will need: business registration certificate, export licence (where applicable), company bank details, and a completed vendor profile including your product categories and annual export volume.

How long does vendor approval take?

Our team reviews applications within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved or if additional information is required.

How do I list my products?

After approval, log in to your vendor dashboard and navigate to Products → Add Product. Fill in the product name, description, HS code, pricing (per unit and MOQ), lead time, and available Incoterms.

How does payment work for vendors?

When a buyer places an order, payment is held in escrow by premial.eu. Once the buyer confirms receipt and acceptance of goods, funds are released to your registered bank account within 3–5 business days.

What commission does premial.eu charge?

[DE COMPLETAT — commission structure to be confirmed and published]

What if a buyer raises a dispute?

Our team mediates disputes fairly. We review shipping documentation, product photos, and buyer claims. Vendors are expected to provide accurate product listings and timely fulfilment to avoid disputes.

Can I respond to buyer RFQs?
