These Vendor Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Continental Export Import S.R.L. ("Platform Operator") and any individual or entity ("Vendor") registering as a seller on premial.eu.

1. Vendor Eligibility

[DUMMY] Vendors must be legally registered businesses with valid export licenses where required. By registering, Vendors confirm they have the legal right to sell and export the listed products.

2. Product Listings

[DUMMY] Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Listings must comply with EU import regulations and applicable product safety standards.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

[DUMMY] Upon receiving a confirmed order, Vendors agree to fulfil the order within the timeframe stated in the product listing. Failure to fulfil orders may result in account suspension.

4. Commission & Payments

[DUMMY] The Platform Operator charges a commission on completed transactions. Payment terms and commission rates are specified in the Vendor onboarding agreement.

5. Prohibited Items

[DUMMY] Vendors may not list counterfeit goods, items banned under EU sanctions, or products that violate intellectual property rights.

6. Termination

[DUMMY] The Platform Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Vendor account for breach of these terms.
