FAQ — EU Buyers

Common questions from EU business buyers about the Premial trade process.

Who can register as a buyer?

Premial.eu is for EU-registered businesses only. Individual consumers and non-business buyers are not eligible. All buyer accounts are subject to verification before full access is granted.

How does the verification process work?

After registration, buyers are asked to provide basic company information and documentation. Premial reviews this information before activating full transaction access. The process typically takes 1–3 business days.

Can I browse products before registering?

Basic category and product information may be visible without registration. However, RFQ submission, pricing, and order functionality require a verified buyer account.

How are prices determined?

Prices are established through the RFQ and quotation process between the buyer and approved manufacturer, coordinated through Premial. No price changes are accepted after order confirmation without documented approval from both parties.

How does payment work?

Payment is handled through secured settlement logic. Funds are released only according to agreed and verified transaction milestones — not upfront to the manufacturer.

What happens if goods don't match the order?

All claims are handled on an evidence basis — photographic documentation, inspection reports, and shipping documents. Premial coordinates the resolution process according to the agreed terms.

Who do I contact for support?

Contact Premial at finance@premial.eu or through the Contact page for all operational and account queries.
