How do I register as a buyer?

Click "Register" at the top of the page, select "Buyer" as your account type, and complete the company verification form. Verification typically takes 1–2 business days.

Is premial.eu available to individual consumers?

No. premial.eu is a strictly B2B platform. Only registered businesses may purchase on the platform. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to all listings.

How do I request a quote from multiple vendors?

Use the RFQ (Request for Quotation) feature. Describe the product, quantity, and delivery requirements, and your request will be sent to relevant vendors. You will receive competing offers to compare.

How are payments handled?

All payments go through our secure escrow system. You pay into escrow when your order is confirmed, and funds are released to the vendor only after you confirm delivery. See our Payment & Escrow page for details.

What if the goods don't match the order?

You have an inspection window after delivery to raise a dispute. Our team will mediate between you and the vendor. Resolutions may include re-shipment, partial refund, or full refund.

What import duties will I pay?

Import duties depend on the product type (HS code) and origin country. EU duty rates vary from 0% to 12%+ for most goods. VAT (19% in Romania) is also applicable. See our Import/Export Guide for more.

Can I communicate directly with vendors?

Yes. Once both parties are verified, you can message vendors directly through the platform's messaging system to discuss product specifications, samples, and pricing.
