Common questions from manufacturers about the Premial onboarding and trade process.
Who can apply as a manufacturer?
Non-EU manufacturers with documented production capacity and ability to supply standard commercial documentation. Applications are reviewed individually — Premial operates a selective model.
Is there a fee to join?
Premial operates on a structured manufacturer plan model. Current plan details and associated fees are available upon application. No payment is required to submit an initial application.
What documents are required for onboarding?
Company registration, product documentation, and relevant certifications depending on product category. Full requirements are provided during the onboarding process.
How are orders processed?
Orders follow a document-controlled workflow. All commercial milestones — order confirmation, production, shipment, delivery — are tracked within the platform. No informal or verbal commitments are binding.
How does payment work for manufacturers?
Settlement is milestone-based. Funds are released upon verified completion of agreed transaction stages. Payment terms are documented at the order confirmation stage.
Can I list any product?
Product listings are subject to Premial's review and category approval. Not all products or categories are accepted. Premial focuses on B2B trade categories relevant to EU business buyers.
